Dusting off the... dust...

I am not planning on hearing from Adamant for a long time, if at all...

This morning I started to search for a cure in his books, to no success. Apparently one needs to know several archaic languages in order to read these tomes...

I would consider my new center of operations rather secure... and dusty... I hope dear Addy likes the sand, seeing as there is lots of it here. I found an English translation of the Necronomicon in this vast library I had to transport, and I will be searching through it as well as some of my own books. I don't expect to find much at all...

I will attempt to go and find a bookstore or library nearby with new reading materials tomorrow and I am hoping for the best.

Adamant, my friend, if you are reading this, go west.

Back in action.

The Brotherhood caught up to us at our last location, Adamant left, saying he had something to do...

Whatever he is doing had better help me cure this thing or I may just get upset. After carrying all his equipment to our new location I was very tired. Books are not light, needless to say thousands of them would follow that trend.

I will update more later, as now I need to rest and recover my strength for the upcoming cycle...

Strange disturbances in the community...

It seems that all the youth in this area have vacated for the day...

It's rather unnerving to have such silence in this usually busy place. If Master Rethilmere would untie me and let me out for a while I could find my blasted book. Seeing as the New Moon is tonight I should be totally safe off my "leash."

I'm also noticing that my hair growth depends on the phase of the moon as well... I haven't had to shave for a few days now, I'll look into this some more.

None of my blood magic seems to work in the house, (if one could call a concrete box home,) He might have put up some sort of barrier or field to keep me from escaping. I'll get out eventually.

Well, my stomach is empty, so I can expect the usual noise to return soon... the young must return home to feed, no?

Bound in chains... by a friend?

It is always a shocking experience when you revert to human form to find yourself in a cage.

I'm still a little shaky from my last full cycle, and the moon still has me nervous. Not entirely sure what would happen if i transformed in a cage.... Nor do I want to find out.

I'll be looking for my Blood Magic Grimoire tonight if the bone collector will stop muttering to himself and un-chain me. If anyone finds it, leave it on your front porch, I'll stop by tonight if all goes well.

9) Quite a turn this situation has taken... the werewolf I have captured has turned out to be a bloodmage (A mage who uses blood as a reagent in magical spells)

He came to this area actually looking for me... so that I would CURE his lycanthropy... Me... a necromancer playing doctor...

In any case I'm sorry that this entry cannot be very long, but I've given this man access to this blog and he will post some of our progress.

8) Hello again. Have you ever had a third party ruin your perfect plans? That is exactly tonight's topic. You see... I had previously disclosed to you my plans to capture the werewolf that is running around here but I seem to have run into an issue...

I've captured the werewolf, don't get me wrong, he's in a cage behind me. He seems to have a mate. That's right, another werewolf is running about now tracking me down. Good thing my luck has taken a turn for the better because I now have enough materials to work a minor decay spell. A fair few of them actually. Killing the she-wolf will not be an easy task... but perhaps this other cage will do fine.

Onto issue number two, tonight has a red moon... which means that female werewolves become what we experts call... really really strong...
I'm not sure if I'm quite screwed yet but just to make sure I'm not... I've barricaded the the doors and chained the male's mouth shut (he he he he ha ha ha)

7) Almost the full moon, and boy have I got a plan. Werewolves must make excellent guard dogs, if I can capture this werewolf, and somehow keep it in werewolf form, I may be able to control it with a dominate mind spell... if it actually works.

Concerning the Order, as much as it joys me to see how their entrails were torn from they're bodies, it worries me that the werewolf mentioned above was not the culprit. There is in fact a blood mage wandering about. Although his target was obviously the order, I can't help but feel somewhat concerned for my own safety, lacking any kind of minion with which to defend myself.

Anyway, as you can tell I still have no minions and am no closer to the elusive Lichdom ritual... perhaps another relocation is in order... the thought makes me writhe... No matter, someday I will emerge from the shadows victorious as immortal, deathless, soul devouring Lich.
